The petitioner, namely, Mantu Yadav, is in custody in Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015 under Sections 457, 380, 511, 332, 353, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is that the petitioner tried to commit theft in a house and after arrest, a country-made pistol has been found in his possession and he is in custody since 11.08.2015. Considering the nature of allegation, I direct the petitioner, named above, to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bhagalpur, in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015.
