Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No.389 of 2016, registered under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though earlier prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected twice and by order dated 17.01.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.42047 of 2017, the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge and the charge was already framed in this case.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11286 of 2018(2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 petitioner Kundan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No.389 of 2016.
