The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 743 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 426, 427, 448, 406, 420, 506 and 323 of the Indian Panel Code.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that the case relates merely with regard to sale or purchase of the property in question and seems to be basically a civil dispute. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, there is no cogent material to show her complicity, save and except that she was also one of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3995 of 2016 (3) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 purchasers of the flat.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 743 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
