2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Raghubansh Nagar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, on a secret information, the informant along with police party was on patrolling duty. Seeing the police party, the petitioner along with other two accused persons started fleeing away but the petitioner was apprehended. On search, one country-made loaded pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the pocket of petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53448 of 2024(2) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is under custody since 05.05.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, the petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to furnish bail bond after three months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Raghubansh Nagar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
