JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 132 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.06.2019. He further submits that for the same occurrence both sides have lodged the case.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case with regard to the same occurrence and also the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
