This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ghosi P.S. Case No. 133 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of further statement of the informant in paragraph no.7 of the case diary, in which he has not made any allegation of assault against this petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
