The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 611/2023, registered for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. 3.

As per the F.I.R., one revolver and one alleged stolen motorcycle were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicate in the present case. He further submits that the stolen motorcycle belongs to his brother. The petitioner has ten criminal antecedents and in all cases he is on bail. The petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52676 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 custody since 10.12.2023.

Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also several criminal antecedents of serious nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.

Accordingly, the application for regular bail of the petitioner stands dismissed.
