The petitioner has been in custody since 26.11.2017 in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 549/17 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 121(A)/420/467/468/471/120(B) Indian Penal Code & 112/117 Custom Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation levelled against the petitioner is based on imaginary circumstances and there has been no recovery from his possession. It is further submitted that the allegation against the petitioner of running a parallel exchange also appears to be imaginary as he is the headmaster of a school and had come to Patna for some urgent personal business and there is no iota of

The recoveries purported to have been recovered from him are two A.T.M. cards and nothing which relates to running of an exchange. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and in view of the fact that the allegations are wholly vague in nature, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
