2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103, 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2025.

5. During investigation, it has come that due to some dispute, the deceased was called and thereafter the accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48435 of 2025(3) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 persons strangulated and killed him brutally by hitting on his head by a rock. The petitioner is also involved in the crime.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
