ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-10-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 12.06.2014 by which the Sub-divisional Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in a proceeding under Section 145 Cr.P.C. attached the dwelling house of the Petitioner which he should not have done in Case No. 42 of 2011. The Sub-divisional Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah is directed to call for a fresh report from the Circle Officer with regard to aforesaid position and pass order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of inspection report. The entire exercise should be completed within a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32053 of 2014 dt.01-10-2015 period of two months.
Till further orders, no coercive action shall be taken in the matter.
With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed off.
