Petitioner is accused in connection with Kudwachainpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 registered under Sections 366(A), 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of kidnapping of Priti Kumari, minor daughter of the informant by the petitioner and 13 others. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case along with 13 persons. Moreover, the victim Rinki Kumari after recovery has given her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C., in which she clearly states about love affairs with coaccused Kamlesh Kumar, in this case and performing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51364 of 2015 (3) dt.18-12-2015 2/2 the marriage with him according to her sweet will. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.08.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, Dist. East Champaran in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015.
