Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No.107 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 337, 342, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner fired with pistol causing injury to the leg of the girl, this occurrence was committed due to land dispute, there is specific allegation of firing against the petitioner and has also criminal antecedent, so having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No.107 of 2017 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Jehanabad.
