JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In course of investigation, one witness, namely, Vikrant Kumar at para-12 of the case diary stated that victim of the present case was sold by the petitioner to one shopkeeper of mobile shop at Himachal Pradesh but police without verifying the aforesaid fact submitted charge sheet. Moreover, the mother of aforesaid victim has already filed an affidavit to this effect that her son was working at Himachal Pradesh and he was not taken away by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22079 of 2015 (4) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Gaya in connection with Sessions Trial No. 211 of 2014 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 354 of 2014.
