The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/307/506/387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that the FIR is against unknown and co-accused Bikal Kumar Singh @ Chhote Singh has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.8667 of 2018. Only material is confessional statement of coaccused before the police. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
