The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/307/506/387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that the FIR is against unknown and co-accused Bikal Kumar Singh @ Chhote Singh has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.8667 of 2018.
