Petitioner is facing prosecution under Sections 366A and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code vide Darauli P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015.

Allegation is that he along with other family members forcibly kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. From the impugned order, it appears that the girl, in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has alleged about such kidnapping by the petitioner and thereafter subjecting her to sexual harassment. Regard being had to above, I am not persuaded to release the petitioner on bail. Prayer is rejected.
