JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2018 The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the private respondent i.e. respondent no. 5 has filed an appeal before the District Magistrate, Nawada bearing Appeal no. 407(M) of 2017 as against the order which has been sought to be implemented by the petitioner herein.

In view of the aforesaid, it is agreed between the parties that the appellate authority can be directed to dispose of the said appeal within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, I direct the appellate authority to dispose of the pending appeal filed by the private respondent within a period of four weeks from today after hearing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9955 of 2017 (2) dt.16-04-2018 2/2 petitioner herein as well as the private respondent. It is further directed that till the disposal of the appeal, no fresh appointment shall be made.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
