In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017 registered for offence punishable under sections 304 (B), 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioner was in Saudi Arab, was always demanding the money as dowry, he made a complain and other family members have killed the victim by burn injury. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
