JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that petitioner no.1 is the owner of the truck and the petitioner no.2 is the driver of the truck. On suspicion, the truck was seized by the authorities. It is further contended that two truck owners have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44198/2015, a copy of which has been produced at the time of hearing. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Ramjee Prasad Verma and Pankaj
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50408 of 2015 (6) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 Kumar be released on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No.95/2015, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the further following conditions : 1.
One of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioners.

In case of framing of charge, the petitioners shall appear in person on each and every date fixed in the court below. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive occasions without any cogent/satisfactory reason, the trial court shall have liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners and secure their arrest in accordance with law.
