The petitioner is accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Tr. No. 6 of 2014 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 100 of 2013 registered under sections 17, 18, 21, 20(B) (II)C and 27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act pending in the Court of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur. Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on merit vide Cr. Misc. No. 37265 of 2014 on 17.09.2014 taking into consideration of the quantity of the recovered Ganja in commercial quantity. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.)
