====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S.Case No. 322 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 323, 337, 341 and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that due to some trivial issue, accused persons were abusing the informant's father when he objected then all accused persons throwing brick-batting and also assaulted with lathi as a result of which he succumbed to injury.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21753 of 2018(2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 that both sides are neighbours and all 12 family members have been made accused in this case though having no specific allegation against anyone. He further submits that postmortem report indicates that only three external injuries were found in the shape of abrasion and cause of death is due to rapture of spleen and cardiac respiratory failure and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Sudarshan Yadav @ Sudhaarshan Yadav, Ashok Kumar, Kalender Kumar and Ranjeet Yadav @ Ranjit Yadav, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S.
