JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to appoint her on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Centre Kawadih, Ward No. 9 in the District of Sasaram as she is the only candidate in the fray. Though many persons had applied for being considered for such appointment but all of them appear to have withdrawn their candidature.

It has therefore been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the process be concluded and petitioner be appointed on such post.

The petitioner is directed to make a suitable

Patna High Court CWJC No.14824 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 representation before the C.D.P.O., Kargahar, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent No. 4) within a period of two weeks from today, who, on receipt of such representation shall verify the facts and after giving adequate opportunity to the concerned persons, pass orders within a period of thirty days as mandated under the new guidelines of 2019. In case the decision is not taken within the aforesaid period, the complaint of the petitioner shall automatically stands transferred to the District Programme Officer, Sasaram, who shall pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a reasonable period. If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied, he may prefer a revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
