ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 12-01-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the State and counsel for the University present. Petitioner is admittedly superannuated from the post of Store Keeper on 31.12.2019. It was directed vide order dated 02.11.2022 to pay the admissible dues of the petitioner, failing which Court will constrain to pass order against erring officials of the University.

Counsel for the University submits that he has already made communication on 03.11.2022 but till date counter affidavit has not been received.

In this background, I am disposing off this application

Patna High Court CWJC No.13134 of 2022(3) dt.12-01-2023 2/2 directing the Registrar of the University to assure the payment of all the retiral dues of the petitioner within six weeks from today, if not paid, he shall be subjected to contempt. With this direction, this writ application is disposed off.
