Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Alipur P.S. Case No. 26/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections341/323/354/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the victim are cousin brothers and sisters and it is not possible that the petitioner will molest the victim in drunken condition. It is further submitted that there is some financial dispute with regard to dealing in land. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner that he has molested the victim in drunken condition, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the fact that anticipatory bail petition has been rejected by this Court.
