The petitioner has been in custody since 06.02.2017 in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-a)b,26,35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one loaded country-made pistol and live cartridges. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the same has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
