This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of R.C. Case No. 1(A)/2015, disclosing offences under Sections 120-B read with sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Considering the fact that similarly circumstance coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by orders dated 07.09.2017, 12.09.2017, 20.09.2017 and 13.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39977/2017, 38547/2017, 32417/2017 and 47268/2017 and some other cases, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57578 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna, in connection with R.C. Case No. 1(A)/2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
