The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 399 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 307, 323, 324, 354 (B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four
