2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 283 of 2023 registered under Sections 363, 366A, 323, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the minor son of informant and forcibly solemnized his marriage with a woman aged about 2526 years.

4. Having considered the nature of accusation and the statement of victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C., in which he supported the prosecution case, this Court is not inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52827 of 2024(2) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
