JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2018 The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, seeks to challenge the punishment order dated 28.6.2016 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Arwal, however, during the pendency of the writ petition the appeal of the petitioner herein has also been dismissed by an order dated 15.9.2017. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to file a wholesome writ petition challenging the order of punishment dated 28.6.2016 as also the appellate order dated 15.9.2017.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to
