ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-03-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 24.06.2011 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah in Cr. Rev. No. 30 of 2005 by which he has confirmed the order dated 25.11.2004 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Narkatiaganj, West Champaran in Complaint Case No. 187 of 2001 by which it has declared the possession of the Opposite Party No. 2 on the dispute land. Considering that Provision under Sections 144/145 is for expedient reasons whereas the present proceeding is of the year 2001, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31664 of 2011 dt.02-03-2015 The application is disposed off on the ground that this is a second revision in the garb of an application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and, hence, not fit to be entertained.
