The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the informant's daughter with intention to marry her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 26-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 01-05-2018 and the case was instituted on 06-05-2018. It is further submitted that co-accused Vikash Kumar has already married with the victim and both are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46978 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 residing together. A child has also born from the said wedlock. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-8th, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018.
