Instant case happens to be of the year 1983 wherein, on his prayer, he has been remanded on 22.12.2014. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail at the present moment. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and in case, trial is not concluded within a year, then in that event, petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
