In the present case, limited grievance has been made by the petitioner that he has constructed the shed in the garden in house No.36, Harding Road, Patna, which was verified by the Executive Engineer and after proper verification he has written a letter No. 1018 dated 14.02.2015 to the Deputy Principal Secretary,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1496 of 2016 dt.14-02-2017 2/2 Building Construction Department, making a request to release an amount of Rs.3,37,600/-, but the same has remained unpaid to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner file a proper application before the Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna. If such an application is filed, the same will the consider and examine by the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, in terms of letter issued by the Executive Engineer dated 14.02.2015 and make payment of the admitted dues to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
