2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment which has been done over a public land.

3. The Circle Officer, Nabinagar, Aurangabad is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2023 keeping in view the provisions of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 within a period of four months in accordance with law and after hearing all the concerned parties.
