====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 02-09-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 26.04.2024 (Annexure P/6 series) ventilating his grievance before the concerned authority i.e. Respondent No. 4 herein. The Respondent No. 4 is directed to consider the representation dated 26.04.2024 made by the petitioner. It is needless to observe that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. In case, the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine, the authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.11978 of 2024(2) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 shall endeavour to make the necessary payments as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. However, in case, the authority come to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is not legally tenable, then he shall pass reasoned order giving reasons for such rejection. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
