1. Heard the parties.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024 dated 02.04.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 413 and 414 of the I.P.C.

3. Mr. Lokesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged offences of the F.I.R. do not attract against this petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has no connection with the seized motor- cycle and has been falsely roped in this case by the police and the search and seizure also appear to be suspicious as there is no compliance of Section 100 of the Cr. P. C. Further submission is that petitioner has been languishing in jail since 03.04.2024

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53303 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 and the investigation against him has been completed.

4. Mr. Anil Kumar, learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly taking into account the petitioner's custody period and completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
