The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015 registered under Section 363/ 366/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail. The petitioner is in custody since 19.8.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he was tempo driver and due to some trivial dispute petitioner has falsely been implicated. In view of nature of accusation, I do not find it a fit case to extend the privilege of bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
