JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The looted motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner and at the time of recovery, petitioner and one coaccused, Ram Pravesh Rai were arrested. The confessional statement of Ram Pravesh Rai was recorded at paragraph-15 of the case diary and in the aforesaid confessional statement, co-accused Ram Pravesh Rai accepted that he along with three other persons, had committed the alleged occurrence and thereafter, the said looted motorcycle was brought at the house of the petitioner. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31310 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
