====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bajpatti PS Case No. 212 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 120(B)/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant used to leave his daughter at the petitioner's house while went for treatment of his elder daughter and in that connection once he dropped his daughter at the petitioner's house and from there she became traces and suspicion is raised and she may be indulged in prostitution. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neighbour of the informant, in fact the informant's daughter eloped with the petitioner's son Md. Hussain and both got married and thereafter her statement was recorded alleging kidnapping by the petitioner also.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Javed @ Bechu released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti PS Case No. 212 of 2017.
