2. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2023 registered under Section 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one country made pistol. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51691 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 after completing six months in custody and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S.
