This application has been filed for modification of order dated 23.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 26151 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 23.04.2019 passed in passed in Criminal Misc. No. 26151 of 2019, the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest and surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 01 of 2010, pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45209 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 before the court below within the stipulated time. In view of the above submission, the period of surrender of petitioner is extended for four weeks from today. The order dated 23.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 26151 of 2019 is modified to the said extent.
