JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------- 30-09-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner appears and submits that the matter relates to the offence under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and the parties have settled their dispute and have filed compromise petition before the trial court.
In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the order dated 15.05.2014 passed in Criminal Revision No.607 of 2013, in connection with G.R. Case No.1232 of 2012, corresponding to Jakkanpur P.S. Case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32051 of 2014 (2) dt.30-09-2016 2/2 No.65 of 2012, by the court of Sessions Judge, Patna, affirming the order dated 30.08.2013 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, whereby the petition filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to discharge her has been rejected.
Permission is accorded.
This application is dismissed as withdrawn.
