====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Habibpur PS Case No. 62 of 2016 (S.Tr. No. 330 of 2017) registered under Sections 302 and 120B of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that all the accused persons indiscriminately assaulted with iron rod and lathi to the informant's brother.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the petitioners, one of the co-accused Mahtab has been admitted to bail and the petitioners are in custody since 25.2.2017.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that there is specific allegation against three petitioners, several injuries were found on the person of the deceased, the informant is eye witness, three witnesses have already been examined during trial and Mahtab was granted bail as no corresponding knife injury was found. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of one year. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J.) U T
