This application under Section 12 of the Court of Contempt Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violating the order dated 15.12.2015 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 789 of 2015.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, we do not find any ground for initiation of a proceeding for contempt against the opposite parties.

In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed.
