2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable u/s 307, 148, 341, 323, 354(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the FIR, the allegation against the petitioner and the other co-accused persons is that they assaulted the informant and his mother on the head due to which they became injured.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. There is admitted land dispute between the parties.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54121 of 2024(2) dt.09-08-2024 2/2 There is case and counter case between the parties and both sides have sustained injuries. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.04.2024.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering that there is admitted land dispute between the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022.
