2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 168 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section(s) 399 & 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8, 8(c), 21(b), and 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol, live cartridges, a dragon knife and smacks were recovered from the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2024. No incriminating articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.
