The petitioner is in custody in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 190 of 2015 for offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 411, 413, 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 47(F), 13(F) and 48 of the Excise Act and Rule 2(5), 3, 5(kh) and 18 of the Bihar Mahua Flower Act and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
A recovery of 9 drum of kerosene oil weighing 200 litres in each drum and 14 jute sacks of Mahua has led to the institution of the Police case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the alleged offences the petitioner having a clean antecedent was arrested on 10.9.2015.

No.50631 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegation as well as the antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner Pawan Kumar @ Pankaj Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 190 of 2015.
