That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ and directions for quashing the Notice No.2005 dated 18.07.2022 issued by the Circle Officer, Motipur for removing encroachment from the connecting road no.460, 465, 466,467,468, 469, 470 and 439 which has been illegally occupied

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
