If the petitioner is still looking for further investigation, the remedy lies before the learned regular court in accordance with the provisions of the Code itself. This court being a constitutional court would not assume the role and jurisdiction of the regular court.
The writ application is disposed off with the aforesaid observations. It is for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
