The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 327 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 356 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and has antecedent of two cases and the informant alleges that while he was going to attend Chemistry class all of a sudden two accused persons came and snatched his mobile but the accused were caught as they after committing the occurrence were hiding in the Botany Department of B.N. College.

No.59605 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case and he is also a student of B.A. Part and live in B.N. College Hostel. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 327 of 2021.
