2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 241 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code & 27 of the Arms Act.
3. There is specific allegation on the petitioner that he assaulted the informant on his head but he was saved. Later on, he inflicted iron rod on his right leg due to which he suffered fracture injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. He has falsely been implicated due to election rivalry. He has further submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49529 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 that there is case and counter case and co-accused Sikandar Kumar @ Sikandar Yadav had also suffered some injuries.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 241 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
